Giles Daubney knight to Nicholas Wymbysshe clerk and John Pygot esquire. Recognisance for 400l., to be levied etc. in Somerset.
Condition, that he is this day seised of certain lands of the value of 40l. over and above all reprises, and that after Mary Leeke, one of the daughters and heirs of Simon de Leeke esquire, shall be seised for life by demise of the said Giles of three fourths of the manor of 'South Ingulby' co. Lincoln and the reversion of the fourth part, she shall enjoy the same for life without disseisin or intrusion of William Daubney son and heir of the said Giles, or of any other his heir capable of inheriting that manor.
William Palmer, son of Richard Palmer of Coventre deceased, to William Derby clerk and John Circetur, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the four cottages in Coventre in 'Fletestrete' which they had among other things by his feoffment, situate between a tenement late of John Allesley on the east and a tenement of William Allesley on the west. Dated 23 April 12 Henry VI.
