Condition, that he, his servants and tenants and all those by
the said Henry appealed for mayhem shall abide and perform
the award and judgment of John archbishop of York touching
all appeals, trespasses, actions, debates and plaints between
them on the one part and the said Henry, his tenants and
servants and Marjory Bradshawe on the other part, so that the
same be given in writing under the archbishop's seal before the
octaves of St. Hilary next. |

and all other lands, rents, reversions and services, with advowsons

descended to the grantor after the death of Thomas Aunesley his

factor of Peter Donynges merchant of Bruges in Flanders, to
John Melborne, Richard Bokelande, John Chirche, John Levynge,
John Bale, John Stevenes, John Staple citizens and merchants
of London, Robert Bolyngton seaman, and all their fellows
merchants of London, owners and victuallers of five ships, to wit
'le James' of London, John Swaune master, 'le Antony' of
London, Henry Wodewarde master, 'la Margaret de Clarence,'
Richard Forder master, 'le Antony the Litill' of London, John
Wattes master, and the 'barge' called 'la Marie' of London,
Richard Berde master. General release as proctor of Nonus
Fernanduz of all actions real and personal, all claims, suits,
plaints and demands, for himself and the said Peter, by reason of
taking certain goods out of a ship called 'le Seynt Nicholas' of
Lusboun, Peter Nonuz master, in a place called the Camber near

acre of land in Boueton field between land called the 'Hulle'
on the south and land sometime of Richard Gylmynne on the
north and extending on the east to the high way from Dorkynge
to Newdegate and on the west to neif land of the said earl.
