March 6.
Westminster.		 Order to the sheriff of Westmerland for election of a coroner instead of Richard Middilton, who is too sick and aged to travail about that office.
Feb. 24.
Westminster.		 Like order to the sheriff of Worcester in regard to John Estynton, Edmund Pegeoun and Richard Ketelby, who are dead.

March 29.
Westminster.		 To the customers and the keepers of the passage in the port of London and other the ports and places adjacent. Order at their peril, for notable causes specially moving the king, to suffer no ship or other vessels until three weeks after Easter next, unless they shall meantime have other special command of the king, to leave those ports and places for any foreign ports save for Calais, to carry wool to the staple there and victuals and stores for the hired soldiers thereof, and except merchandise which the merchants of Venice, Genoa (Janue), Luca, Florence, Prucia, the Hanse of Almain and Portugal shall send over to their own parts.

Westminster.		 To the escheator in Staffordshire. Order to give William Mutton, son and heir of Richard Mutton knight and of Margaret his wife, seisin of the lands held in fee by his father and mother, and of those of his heritage which were held for life by Joyce who was wife of Adam Peshale knight; as he has proved his age before the escheator, and the king has taken his homage and fealty. By p.s. [3586.]
To the escheator in Kent. Like order, mutatis mutandis, as William Mutton has proved his age before the escheator in Staffordshire.

May 8.
Westminster.		 To the customers in the port of Sandewich for the time being. Order, for particular causes specially moving the king and council, to suffer no man to ship or carry any woollen cloths out of the realm to foreign parts without his special licence, but to suffer all the merchants of Genoa (Janua) who will there ship such cloths to send them over to their own parts, first paying the customs, subsidies etc. thereupon due, this command notwithstanding. Proviso that before such shipment they shall make oath to ship no cloths but their own under pain of forfeiting the same.
Like writ to the customers in the port of Suthampton.
April 13.
Westminster.		 To the customers and other the king's officers in the port of London. Order, for particular causes specially moving the king and council, to suffer no man by that port or other place adjacent to ship or carry any woollen cloths out of the realm, unless he shall have special licence of the king or otherwise power by letters patent so to do. By p.s. [3625.]
