Robert Weston esquire late lord of Clopham co. Surrey to William Wetenhale citizen and grocer of London, Margaret his wife, David Olton clerk, David Overton chaplain and Richard Baker of Hamvylle co. Berkshire, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the manor of Clopham, and all lands, rents, reversions and services of freeholders and neifs, woods, rights, liberties etc. thereto pertaining.
