Herberte's, &c. Decree.

L. 1a. AN Act for Comfirmation of a Decree, lately made in Chancery by Tho. Lord Coventry, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England, in a Cause there depending between Sir Arnold Herberte Knight, and others, Plaintiff's, and Lawr. Lownes, of London, Scrivener, and others, Defendants.

Recusants.

L. 1a. An Act for Explanation of a Branch of a Statute, made in the Third Year of the Reign of our late sovereign Lord King James, intituled, An Act for the better discovering and repressing of Popish Recusants.

Privilege.

Mr. Serjeant Digges served with a Process out of the Star-chamber, within Two Days after the last Session, by a Servant of Sir Arnold Herberte; who said, he did it by his Master's Commandment.

The Servant, whose Name is Strelley Bold, to be sent for, upon Question.

Upon Question, also Sir Arnold Herberte to be sent for.

Ditto.

Sir Lyonell Talmage served Yesterday with a Subpoena, ad rejungendum with one Smyth, by one, whom Sir Lyonell knew not.

Upon Question, Smyth to be sent for.

Mr. Serjeant Davenport and Mr. Serjeant Berkeley bring from the Lords a Bill, intitled, An Act for the better Maintenance of the Ministry.
