March 15.
Westminster.
Henry lord Grey, otherwise called Henry Grey of Codnore co. Derby esquire, to the king. Recognisance for 1,000 marks, to be levied etc. in Derbyshire.
Condition, that he shall appear in person in chancery one month after Michaelmas next, and shall then and there find security for his good behaviour and for keeping the peace toward the king and all the lieges, in accordance with a writ of privy seal and letter of the signet to the chancellor addressed.
Henry Baukewelle of Lincoln to John Rous, John Hudleston, Henry Gairstang and William Nevyll, their heirs and assigns. Charter of all his lands, rents and services in Lincoln and Notynghamshire, and of all his goods moveable and immovable within the realm and in Wales and Ireland. Witnesses: Robert Kirkham of Lincoln, Robert Boy chaplain, Richard Papilwyk. Dated 1 May 19 Henry VI.

Joan who was wife of William Thwenge esquire to Peter Friston, Robert Knayton, Christopher Conyers, Robert Constable, William Acclom, Thomas Wytham, Robert Danby and Richard Weltden, their heirs and assigns. Release with warranty of the manor of Corneburgh and all other lands etc. which they have in Corneburgh and Sutton in Galteres. Witnesses: Richard Pykeryng knight, Thomas de la Ryver, Thomas Gower, John Berughby, William Yeresley esquires. Dated 10 August 17 Henry VI.
Joan who was wife of William Twenge esquire to Christopher Conyers, Christopher Boynton, Robert Knayton clerk, Robert Constable, Robert Danby, William Acclom and Richard Weltden, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all the lands of William Twenge in Southburne; and proviso that this warranty shall not bar Agnes one of the daughters and heirs of William Thwenge or the heirs of her body claiming the said lands or any parcel thereof after the death of Alice his other daughter and heir and of the heirs of her body, nor the said Alice and the heirs of her body after the death of the said Agnes and of the heirs of her body. Witnesses: Richard Pykeryng knight, Thomas de la Ryver, Walter Gower, Thomas Gower his son, William Yeresley esquires. Dated 4 August 17 Henry VI.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing writings at Corneburgh on Wednesday after the Close of Easter this year before Robert prior of Marton, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
Ralph Wright, son of Robert Wright of Little Thurrok, to William Bellyngdoun of Mokkyng, William Pert, William Lunsford, John Stoday of Thurrok Grey, Thomas Briggeman, John Swayne of Orset and John Saman. Quitclaim of the whole tenement in Orsete at 'Bakeryscrouch' late of Stephen Mokke, with a toft called Kent and all lands, hedges, ditches etc. to the same belonging, which they had by gift of Joan late the wife of the said Robert Wright for her life, and which she held for life, among other lands, by demise of William Byllyngdoun of Mokkyng, William Spaldyng, William Freende of Horndoun. John Stodey of Thurrok Grey, William Wolfe of Orsete, Thomas Wade and William Nicholl with reversion to the said Ralph and his heirs. Dated Orset, 14 May (sic) 9 Henry VI.

Memorandum of acknowledgment at 'Ludgate' in the parish of St. Martin by Ludgate London 9 May before Robert Mouter clerk, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
Henry Kyrton of London 'gentilman' to Sir Nicholas Wymbyssh clerk, Richard Selby; Robert Arnewy and Alexander Orable citizens and mercers of London, their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods and chattels moveable and immovable, quick and dead in London and elsewhere within the realm, and all debts to him due. Dated London, 15 May 19 Henry VI.
