Westminster.
John Ree of Fowy co. Cornwall to the king. Recognisance for 500 marks, to be levied etc. in Cornwall.
Condition, that he shall not withdraw from the chancery without a judgment or special licence of the court.
June 29.

Joan who was wife of William Dogge of London to Henry Lynster late of 'Northmymmes' co. Hertford. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Condition, that she shall abide and perform the award of Thomas Haydok and William Selman arbitrators indifferently chosen between the parties touching the right, title and possession of all the lands in 'Northmymmes' and 'Southmymmes' cos. Hertford and Middlesex late of Thomas Lucas esquire, and all actions, plaints, demands etc. between them, so that the same be made before the quinzaine of St. John Baptist next; and if the arbitrators may not agree, the award of John Hody knight chief justice of the Kings Bench as umpire, so that it be made before three weeks after Michaelmas next.
