Westminster.
To the sheriff of Kent for the time being. Order to pay to Maud Fossebroke 20l. a year for life and the arrears since Michaelmas last; as by letters patent of 5 January 16 Henry VI the king granted her for life 20l. a year of the issues, farms, profits and revenues of that county.

June 26.
Westminster.
To the heirs of Hugh de Veer and of Dionysia de Monte Ganiso (sic) his wife, or to the farmers or occupiers for the time being of the manor of Radeswelle otherwise Radewelle otherwise Redeswelle otherwise Radwelle co. Essex. Order to pay to William Beauchamp the king's knight, one of his carvers, a yearly farm of 25l., and the arrears since Christmas day 20 Henry VI; as the king has granted him for life from that feast the yearly farm which the said heirs are bound to render to the king for the said manor, to be paid at Easter, Midsummer and St. Andrew by even portions.

To the customers and collectors of the subsidy of 3s. upon the tun and 12d. in the pound in the port of Sandewich. Order to deliver to James Fenys the king's esquire, or to his deputy, without payment of custom or subsidy, eight tapets, one 'chamber' and four 'bankerys' of 'verdure' price 63l. bought and purveyed in foreign parts for consumption of his household, and brought to the said port.
June 4.
Westminster.
To the keeper of Inglewoode forest co. Cumberland for the time being. Order every year to pay to Hugh Forster 12d. (sic) a day during his life, and to pay him the arrears of the said 2d. a day since Michaelmas 20 Henry VI; as by letters patent of 10 February 16 Henry VI the king granted to the said Hugh for life the office of forester of 'Penrethwarde' in that forest, to be occupied by himself or by deputy, with 2d. a day and with all other profits and advantages to the said office pertaining.
