Waynflete provost of the college of St. Mary Eyton by Wyndessor,
Thomas de Haydok, Master Gilbert de Haydok clerk and John
de Haydok son of the said Thomas and to the heirs of the body
of Thomas de Haydok. Charter indented with warranty of the
manor of Greywell and of all his lands, rents and services in Greywell and Retherwike co. Suthampton, rendering to the grantor,
his heirs and assigns 10l. a year for 110 years for all secular
service and demand, and after that term 20l. a year, and rendering
and performing services to the chief lords of the fee; and if the
rent of 10l. shall be in arrear at any day of payment, it shall be
lawful for the grantor and his heirs again to enter and possess
the premises in their first estate, and proviso that in such a case
the said rent shall be extinguished. Witnesses: John Gifforde,
