John Hogges of Frythynden 'gentilman,' William Turke of Cranebroke 'husbondman,' both co. Kent, and John Bysshop of the same 'husbondman' to William Lynche and John atte Woode, executors of John Bukhurst. Recognisance for 100 marks, to be levied etc. in Kent.
Condition, that William Turke and John Bysshop shall abide the award of John archbishop of Canterbury the chancellor touching all matters, plaints, debates and demands between them and William Lynche and John atte Woode, so that the award be made before the quinzaine of Michaelmas next.

Request to admit to their house William Lyght the king's servant and John Leynton whom the king has sent thither, willing to make provision for their maintenance, and minister to them for their lives and the life of the longest liver such corrody or maintenance as pertains to that house, making them letters patent under the common seal of the house with mention of what they shall take, and writing again by the bearer what they will do. Condition, that he shall abide and perform the award of Adam bishop of Cicestre, Ralph Boteler knight lord of Sydelegh and treasurer of England, John Fray chief baron of the exchequer and Robert Rolleston clerk provost of Beverley, three or two of them, the bishop or treasurer being one, touching all actions, matters, trespasses, offences, suits, plaints, debates and demands between the parties to this date, so that the award be made and delivered in writing indented under the seals of the arbitrators before the quinzaine of St. John Baptist next.

Quitclaim with warranty, for a sum of money beforehand paid by Thomas Tyrell, of the manor and advowson of Bobbyngworth co.
