Condition, that before the feast of the Assumption next by
writing indented (form follows) they shall make an estate with
warranty without fraud, covin or collusion to John lord Lysle
knight, Elizabeth Vernoun and John Vampage and to John
Langley, Geoffrey Holford and Robert Tounlay and their heirs
of the manor of Ayleston co. Leycester and all lands, rents,
reversions and services of Richard Vernoun there quit of all
charges etc., the advowson of the church excepted, under a
condition that if the grantees shall possess the same without
disturbance for a term of five years it shall be lawful for the
grantors and their heirs and assigns to enter and hold the same
again in their first estate. |
