Godard Pulham, to Thomas Thunder and George Oxenbregge, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Codyng with all lands, ways, paths etc. in the parish of Bixle co. Sussex late of John Codyng, and a tenement there called 'Wynderes' which the grantor had by feoffment of Joan who was wife of William Branchesle knight and Richard Wakehurst. Witnesses: Herbert Fynche, Simon Notebroun, Robert Kneller, Lawrence Broke, John Alman. Dated Bixle, 8 September, 32 Henry VI.
