Richard Grene of Suthwerk co. Surrey 'sherman,' to Thomas Flete 'gentilman' and John Arneburgh citizen and girdler of London, their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods, debts and chattels within the realm or elsewhere. Dated 9 November, 35 Henry VI.

William Mongeham of Rouchestre co. Kent merchant, to Thomas More 'gentilman' and Thomas Hertwell citizen and saddler of London, their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods, property and chattels in Rouchestre and elsewhere within the realm, and all debts to him due; and he has put them in possession thereof by delivery of 2d. Dated 6 December, 35 Henry VI.

John Vynt of Berkyng co. Essex 'clerk,' to Richard Dod citizen and barber of London, his heirs and assigns. Gift of the reversion after the grantor's death of a messuage in Berkyng with houses thereupon built, garden adjacent etc. between the high way on the west, two barns of the abbess and convent of Berkyng on the east, a tenement of John Rande on the north and a tenement late of Peter Vynt called 'Underwodes' now in the tenure of William Hille in 'Bakerstrete' on the south, a garden called 'Nolothys' in 'Bakerstrete' between the old vicarage on the east and a tenement late of Peter Vynt now in the tenure of Thomas Frost on the west, 2 acres of land more or less in the 'Grenewalle' with hays, ditches etc. between land of the abbess and convent of either side, all which John My had by feoffment of William Sondes 'gentilman,' the said Richard Dod, Richard Littill citizen and 'taillour' of London and Simon Russell, and by charter of feoffment demised to the said William Sondes, Richard Dod, Richard Littill and Simon Russell, John Elyot of Berkyng 'clerk' and the said John Vynt and to the heirs and assigns of John Vynt. Dated 10 December, 35 Henry VI.
