Thomas Tebbe of Brenchesle 'yoman' and John Tebbe of 'Est Sutton yoman,' both co. Kent, to the king. Recognisance for 10l., to be levied etc. in Kent.
Condition, that William Heron late of Brenchesle shall appear in person before the guardians of the peace and justices of oyer and terminer in Kent at the next general session of the peace, and shall perform what shall by them be ordered.
John Luftus of Bedall co. York within the liberty of Richemond 'yoman,' to John Nevill of the bishopric of Durham knight and Thomas Metcalf 'gentilman,' their heirs and assigns. Charter of all his goods and chattels and all debts to him due. Dated 18 April, 37 Henry VI.

Condition, that before the feste of Seynt Petyr the Advincle next Reynold Grey make to Thomas Billyng, Robert Tanfeld and Thomas Playne an estate of londes etc. in the counteez of Essex or Lincoln or in bothe unto the yerely value of 50 marke over all reprisez, not incumbered and discharged of all entreez, reconysauncez and execucions, to theym and their heires in fee simple, uppon condicion that if he, his heires or executoures pay unto Oliver etc. and unto William Gregory cytesyn and skynnere of London, late one of the collectoures of petye custumme of London, or one of theym, or to their deputeez, or to the executoures of him whiche shall longest lyvve 16li. 13s. 4d. in the fest of Seynt Martyn in wynter next in the chirche of Seynt Dunstone in the weste in Fletestrete in London, and other 16li. 13s. 4d. in the feste of the Nativite of Seynt John Baptiste thanne next, and so in every such feste duryng thirteen yeres next, the said estate in the saide landes etc. and the seasyn delyvered shall [be] of noo virtue, and it shall be lefull to the saide Reynold, Thomas Fitz Harry and John Vessy and to their heires in all the saide landez to reentre, and theyne in their first astate hold.
