William Latoner, Roger Latoner, each of London 'gentilman,' and William Garton of London 'barbour,' to the king. Recognisance for 40l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Condition, that William Garton shall abide the award of Thomas Brian and John Pigot touching all matters moved in chancery between him and Richard Nedham, so that the same be made before Easter day next, and otherwise shall appear in person in chancery in the quinzaine of Easter.

Condition, that the feoffees to the use of the said Nicholas in all the lands, rents and services in Great Wenden, Little Wenden and Arkesden co. Essex wherein John Prysot knight deceased and John Fyner were seised, and which were from him purchased by John Lambe, William Soole and John Beaumond shall before the first Sunday in Lent next make to them and to William Caudray their heirs and assigns, an estate therein sufficient in law, and before that day the said Nicholas shall thereupon make them a release with warranty of his interest in the same; also that before the quinzaine of Midsummer next he and Margery his wife shall levy a fine thereof before the justices of the Bench with clause of warranty to the purchasers, their heirs and assigns, and they shall hereafter peaceably hold the premises free of all charges, services to the lords due excepted, without recovery of any parcel or entry of any man by virtue of right or interest before delivery of such estate.
