Feb. 1.
Westminster.
Robert Welles esquire, to John Dymmok and Richard Fendyk. Recognisance for 2,000 marks, to be levied etc. in Lincolnshire.
Condition, that he shall when required make letters of confirmation to all friends, officers and servants of Robert late lord Willoughby his grandfather who have letters patent granting annuities, offices, fees, profits, yearly rents, manumissions or pensions made by lord Willoughby, provided that each grant be first produced in chancery before the quinzaine of Michaelmas 1466, and by due examination proved, and that if before that date John Dymmok shall bring into chancery in writing a true declaration in detail of all receipts, values and revenues of the moveable goods of lord Willoughby by him set for performance of his will from the death of lord Willoughby until Robert Welles did enter upon the same, and of all debts due to lord Willoughby at his death, or by his death accruing to John Dymmok, all payments made by him or any of the other executors for satisfaction of debts and performance of the will, and all debts not yet paid which shall be bound by due examination in the said court, concealing nought, within as many years as the same may be levied of the lands put in feoffment Robert Welles shall pay the creditors the money found unpaid, or give security or make agreement at the discretion of the chancellor for any for which the receipts etc. shall not suffice.
Cancelled, because none of the said grants was produced in court before the quinzaine aforesaid, neither did John Dymmok by that date make any such declaration, nor appear at the day named, and at that day Robert Welles was ready to fulfil, and so far as in him lay did fulfil all the conditions above rehearsed.

John Flette, brother of William Flette of London 'brouderer,' to Roger Chesschyr clerk, William Grene of Boston and John Arlyk of Wynthorpe merchants, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all the lands, rents, reversions and services, homages, reliefs, courts, leets, escheats etc. in Wynthorpe, Skegnesse and Burgh in the Marsh co. Lincoln, late of Sir Robert Sleght knight, which the said Roger and the others, with George duke of Clarence and Sir Thomas Burgh knight, had by gift of the said William, and all those in Wynthorpe and Burgh which they had by gift of the said William, son (filius) of John Flette citizen and 'brouderer' of London, and whereof they are now in possession. Dated 2 February, 4 Edward IV.

William Shepherd of Esthamme co. Essex 'yoman,' to Robert Baldewyne of Westham 'yoman,' John Phelipp of Berkyng 'couper' and John Gardener of London 'salter,' their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods and chattels and all debts to him due, and he has put them in seisin by delivery of one pot and one brass pan. Witnesses: Thomas Spicer, John Bere, Richard Coole the elder. Dated Estham, 22 February, 1 Edward IV.
Memorandum of acknowledgment at Stratford Langthorne, 10 February this year, before the abbot of Stratford Langthorne, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
Henry Barker citizen and 'bowyer' of London, to John Maire, John Pyrnles chaplains, Thomas Chaterley, Richard Cook mercers and Thomas Harry 'bowyer' citizens of London, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all his lands in in Bredon, and gift to them, their executors and assigns, of all his goods and chattels in the city and suburbs of London and elsewhere within the realm. Witnesses: Richard Corvesour, Richard Mason, John Couper, John Potter, John Belle. Dated 17 November, 4 Edward IV.

John Gant of the king's household, to Richard Veer of Great Adyngton co. Northampton esquire, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim of the manor of Westho with appurtenances in Great Campes, Little Campes, Horsheth, Berklowe (Barklowe) in the county of Cambridge, also of a messuage called 'Puries,' 40 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow etc. in Asshdon co. Essex. Witnesses: Alfred Cornburgh, Thomas Palmer, Henry Hudleston, Simon Harebye, William Greneham, Robert Palmer esquires. Dated 19 February, 4 Edward IV.

John Lewgore of London 'bruer,' to William Newporte citizen and goldsmith of London, his executors and assigns. Gift with warranty of all his goods and chattels in the city and suburbs of London and elsewhere within the realm, and all debts to him due; and he has put the said William in possession thereof by delivery of one mazer (murra), price or value 13s. 4d. Dated 20 February, 4 Edward IV.
