Letter of attorney of John Nowers, esquire, appointing Richard Walwyne steward of his manors of Takley and Iddebury co. Oxford, and of Woketon co. Buckingham, with power and authority thereto belonging, receiving from the above John an annual rent of 40s., to wit 13s. 4d. from Takley, 13s. 4d. from Iddebury and 13s. 4d. from Woketon, payable annually at Michaelmas, with a clause of distress in the usual form. Dated 20 February, 34 Henry VI.
