Indenture between Richard Freman, grocer of London, and Jane de Lyons widow, whereby Richard has let to farm to Jane all his tenement now in occupation of John Doly 'iremonger' in Croked Lane, St. Michael's Candelwykstrete, London, to hold the same from Michaelmas next, for a term of forty years if she live so long, yielding to Richard, his heirs and assigns, a red rose annually on the Nativity of St. John Baptist if required: and Richard shall repair the said premises against wind and rain during the said term. Given 10 June, 2 Henry VII. English.
