John son of Simon Wyseman esquire, to Richard Maudeley and John his son, of Croscombe co. Somerset, their heirs and assigns. Release and quitclaim of the manors of Nony, Trotokeshill and Sharpeshawe with warranty and the advowson of the church of Nony, together with all lands and tenements, rents, reversions and services, meadows, lesues and pastures lying therein. Dated 17 November, 10 Henry VII.

Thomas Danvers, esquire of Waterstoke co. Oxford, to Thomas and Henry Frowyk, Thomas Kneseworth, baker of London, Edmund Denny, Ralph Legh and Anthony Forde, their heirs and assigns. Release and quitclaim of the manor of Appulderfeld alias Aperfeld with all lands and tenements, rents and services, meadows, lesues and pastures in Appulderfeld, Codam, Sundrissh and Westram co. Kent which the said Edmund Denny purchased of him. Dated 16 November, 10 Henry VII.

Dec. 1. Memorandum, that on 2 December a writ was delivered to John Sutton as deputy of the sheriff of Suffolk, ordering him to cause Philip Bothe, esquire of Berowgham co. Suffolk, to appear before the king at Hilary next, to say why distraint should not be levied on his lands and chattels, to satisfy a bond of 40l. due to Marion widow and executrix of Nicholas Surplys, which he promised to pay on July 6 last, but has not yet done so.
