Henry lord Clyfford, to Thomas Tempest knight, Thomas Clapeham esquire and James Wode clerk, their heirs and assigns. Charter of gift with warranty of the manors or lordships of Marton, Selesden, Holme, Skybden, Stirton and Thoralby, all in Craven co. York, with appurtenances (except forests, chases, parks and tenants' services) and the manor of Meyburn called Kynges Meyburn co. Westmorland. Witnesses: Richard Tempest, Stephen Hamerton knight, Richard Musgrave, Robert Warcop and William Tempest esquires, and others. Dated 18 January, 2 Henry VII.

Indented charter of demise and feoffment of the same manors etc., with remainder to Henry's right heirs; appointment of John Lyster and William Mallome chaplain as attorneys to convey seisin. Witnesses: Robert Carre, William Westby and William Clapham esquires, William Bank, Richard Wilcokes and many others. Dated St. James' day [25 July], 2 Henry VII.
