William Bromewich of Castelfrome, gentleman, to Thomas Bromewich of London, gentleman, his heirs and assigns for evermore. Indenture of sale for 200l. (of which he acknowledges receipt of 100l.) of his manors, lands, etc. in Castilfrome, Weston and Monkehede co. Hereford and all that [h]is portion of Wodecott manor and his lands etc. in Droitwich co. Worcester 'with all that is boilyng or wallyng of the salt water and saltfattes'; estate to be made as required, premises discharged and evidences delivered; bond in 100l. by Thomas for the balance due and in 400l. by William for performance. Sealed 7 March, 9 Henry VII.
