| John Breteyn and Edward Underwode clerks, Nicholas Lathell, a baron of the Exchequer, William Purchace of London, mercer, Robert Constable, Christopher Rawson and John Rawson, feoffees of the lands and tenements late of Richard Cely, merchant of the staple of Caleys, deceased, in Marklane London and in Alvithley, Upmynster, Reynham or elsewhere in Essex to the use of Isabel Rawson late of London, widow, and Averey Rawson, mercer of London, and their executors till they should have received satisfaction from the issues for all Richard's debts to them, including bonds made by them to William Midwynter of Northlatche co. Gloucester and uses specified in indentures of 24 Feb., 7 Henry VII. Certificate to Richard's former tenants and farmers in Essex that, whereas Averey and Anne Salle widow, late wife and executrix of Richard, have now fully accounted for the premises and it is found and well known that Anne owes Averey as Isabel's executor 270l. 5s. 1d. and for his own proper debt 432l. 6s. 1d., they should now become tenants to Averey or his executors till the total of 702l. 11s. 2d. shall have been paid out of the issues, except that Averey shall not meddle during Anne's life with the lands in Marklane or a tenement called the 'Swan' in Alvythley, which are her jointure and belong to her in conscience.
