Selby's Estate.

B. TO assure and confirm the Manor of Moate, in the County of Kent, to Sir Wm. Selby Knight, &c. reported from the Committee by Mr. Parkinson, with Amendments ; which being twice read, the Bill, upon Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Decayed Church.

Mr. Wentworth moveth, touching a Church ruinated and decayed, in Warwickshire, now in hand to be re-edified, that the House would be pleased, that some of the Benevolence already collected, might be allowed towards the Building of it: Which was not yielded unto.

Matters of Privilege in Journals.

The general Committee for Privileges, &c. upon Motion, are appointed to peruse and consider of such Entries as have been made by the Clerk of the House, in his Journal Book for these Three Sessions, touching Matter of Privilege of the said House : Their first Meeting, to that Purpose, to be on Monday next, in the Court of Wards.

To reform the Multitude of unnecessary and inconvenient Buildings in or near the Cities of London and Westminster, and to avoid the Numbers of dangerous Inmates within the same, reported from the Committee by Mr. Fuller; and, upon the Report, before the Question of Ingrossing, much disputed, by Sir Rob. Wingfield, Mr. Bond, Mr. Fuller, Sir Geo. Moore, Sir Thomas Lowe, Mr. Alford.
