A NOTE of the State of all the Bills in the House, framed by the Clerk, and opened by Mr. Speaker to the House.

Fens.

Mr. Martin moveth, that the Bill of Fens being appointed to be read To-morrow, the Counsel may be heard with the Bill.

Agreed for Order, that Counsel cannot be heard for a Bill, except it be opposed.
