PRAYERS.
Seizing Arms.
ORDERED, That Colonel John Moore shall have Power to call a Regiment together, by the Beat of a Drum, or otherwise, to assist him in the searching for, and seizing of, Arms, in such suspected Places as he shall be informed of, and shall think fit.
Committee of Safety.
Mr. Pym, Sir Gilbert Gerard, Mr. Solicitor, Sir Henry Vane, jun. Mr. Glyn;
This Committee has Power to send for any Persons, and to examine them, and to commit them, if they see Cause, and to seize on their Papers; and to meet when and where they please; and to do whatsoever they think good to prevent the Danger threatened to the Safety of the Kingdom and City.
Preachers thanked.
Ordered, That Sir Christ. Yelverton, and Mr. Ashherst, do return Thanks to Mr. Perne, and Mr. Cheynell, for the great Pains they took, in the Sermons they this Day preached, being the Day of the publick Fast, at the Intreaty of this House, at St. Margaret's Westminster; and that they desire them to print their Sermons: And that they shall have the like Privileges as others, in the like Case, have had, that none shall print their Sermons, but such as they shall appoint.

Ordered, That Sir Oliver Luke do desire Mr. Palmer of Herts', and Mr. Hill, Mr. Tho. Charter of Bucks, to preach before the Commons, the next Fast Day.
Irish Adventurers.
Ordered, That the Members of this House, that are Adventurers for Ireland, do meet To-morrow at Seven of Clock, at Grocers Hall; and that the Committee do summon the Committee of Adventurers in London, in such manner as they shall think fit.
Superstitious Monuments.
Ordered, That the Committee for pulling down, and abolishing, all Monuments of Superstition and Idolatry, do take into their Custody the Copes in the Cathedrals of Westminster, Paul's, and those at Lambeth: And give Order, that they be burnt, and converted to the Relief of the Poor in Ireland.
Charge against the Queen.
Ordered, That To-morrow Mr. Serjeant Wilde do bring in the Charge against the Queen.
