Committee for Prisons to send for Persons.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament
assembled, That the Lords Committees appointed to examine the State of the
Security of the Prisoners in the Prisons of The King's
Bench and Flcete, &c. have hereby Power given
them, by their Order, to send for Prisoners in either of the said Prisons (with
their Keepers, and such other Persons and Witnesses as their Lordships shall
from Time to Time think fit) for their fuller Information concerning any of the
Matters committed to them.
