E. of Aylesbury takes the Oaths.

This Day Robert Earl of Aylesbury took the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance, and subscribed the Declaration against Transubstantiation, pursuant to the Act for preventing the Dangers which may happen from Popish Recusants. The Witnesses were sworn at the Bar, and examined by the Lord Chancellor, as to the Truth of his Lordship's Certificate concerning his receiving of the LORD'S Supper.

Sir Thomas Cave's Bill:

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the better enabling the Trustees of Sir Thomas Cave Knight and Baronet, deceased, for the selling of Lands, for the Performance of the Will of the said Sir Thomas Cave, and likewise for the vesting and settling of other Lands."

Heralds to register Deaths, &c. Bill.

Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for registering Certificates in the Office of Arms, of the Deceases and Burials of the Nobility and Gentry of England."

Sutton Marsh Bill.

Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling and quieting the Possession of the Commoners and others in Sutton Marsh."

Plator's Bill.

Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Thomas Plator Gentleman to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts charged upon the same, and reimbursing him such Sums of Money as he hath or shall lay out, in repairing the Breaches made by the Inundation of the Sea, and keeping the Water out."

Darrell versus Whitchcot.

Upon reading the Answer of Sir Paul Whichcot Baronet, put in to the Petition of Marmaduke Darrell Esquire, depending in this House against him; as also the Replication of the said Marmaduke Darrell to the said Answer of Sir Paul Whichcot:

Upon Consideration had thereof, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, on both Parts, at the Bar, upon the whole Matter in the Cause between the said Parties, on Tuesday, the 25th Day of this Instant June, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Marmaduke Darrell is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Sir Paul Whichcot for that Purpose.

ORDERED, That this House will consider what Answer to give to the Lady Zouche's Petition To-morrow Morning.
