Against killing, &c. Deer. Bill.
The Marquis of Worcester reported, "That the Committee for the Bill to prevent the unlawful coursing,
hunting, and killing, selling, or buying of Deer, have
considered thereof, and have made some Amendments
therein, which are offered to the Consideration of the
House."
The Amendments were read Twice, and Agreed to;
and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with these Amendments.
Jurors returning Bill.
The Earl of Clarendon reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for preventing
Abuses in returning Jurors, and have made some
Amendments therein."
Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the
Bill ordered to be engrossed accordingly.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Stringer and others:
1. To return Three Bills sent from their Lordships, to
which the House of Commons agrees, without any
Amendments:
1. The Bill for the better enabling the Trustees of
Sir Thomas Cave Knight and Baronet, deceased,
for the selling of Lands, for the Performance of
the said Sir Thomas Cave's Will, and likewise
for the vesting and settling of other Lands.
2. The Bill for uniting the Churches of Beaumont
and Mose.
3. The Bill on Behalf of John Fortescu.
2. Two Bills were brought up, passed by the House
of Commons; to which their Lordships Concurrence is
desired:
1. "An Act for naturalizing of John Scheppens and
others."
2. "An Act for regulating of the Pawn-brokers."
Also to desire a Free Conference, touching the Matter
of the last Free Conference.
The Answer returned was:

That their Lordships have taken their Message into
Consideration, and do agree to a Free Conference upon
the Matter of the last Free Conference; and appoints
the same to be To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in
the Painted Chamber.
De la Poole versus Okeover.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, in the
Cause upon the Petition of Sir Henry De la Poole and
Dame Elizabeth his Wife, being an Appeal from a Decretal Order made in the Court of Chancery, on the
Behalf of Rowland Okeover Esquire and Elizabeth his
Wife, Daughter of the said Dame Elizabeth, concerning some Lands in Norfolke and Suffolke, settled by Sir
Thomas Pettus in Trustees, for the Use of the Petitioner
Elizabeth, as in the said Petition is suggested; as also
the Counsel of the said Rowland Okcover and Elizabeth
his Wife, upon their Answer to the said Petition:
After due Consideration had of what was offered on
either Part thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged,
by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament
assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Sir
Henry De la Poole and Dame Elizabeth his Wife be, and
is hereby, dismissed this House.
