Memorandum, That these
Lords Spiritual were in
the House in the Morning; but none of them
went down into Westminster Hall.

Seyver versus Colke, in Error.
The Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's
Bench brought in a Transcript of a Writ of Error, to
reverse a Judgement given in the King's Bench; in the
Writ of Error, Seyver is Plaintiff, and Colke is Defendant.
All Papists to go out of Town.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That all Persons, as well Peers as
others, that are Papists, and now in or about the Cities
of London or Westminster be, and are hereby, required
forthwith to depart from the same, at their Peril of
undergoing the utmost Punishment as can be by Law
inflicted upon them for their Disobedience herein; and
further, that this Order be forthwith printed and published, to the End all Parties concerned may take Notice
thereof.
Bill for securing Papists to be prepared.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That it be referred to the Committee for Examinations, to prepare a Bill for the Commitment of the principal Persons who are Papists or
suspected Papists therein named, and present the same
to the House; and that Mr. Justice Dolben and Mr.
Baron Atkins do attend the said Committee, at Eight of
the Clock To-morrow in the Forenoon, in the Lord
Privy Seal's Lodgings near the House of Peers.

Proclamation was made, for keeping Silence.
Proclamation also was made, for the Lieutenant of
The Tower to bring forth William Viscount Stafford, his
Prisoner, to the Bar.
L. Stafford went through his Evidence.
The Lord Viscount Stafford produced the remainder
of his Witnesses; which done, he desired Leave to sum
up his Evidence.
The House was adjourned to the House above.

Ten of the Clock in Westminster Hall.
ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled,
That the Lieutenant of His Majesty's Tower of London
be, and is hereby, required to bring William Viscount
Stafford, now Prisoner there, to the Bar of this House in
Westminster Hall, on Saturday the Fourth Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
