Zouch versus Swinnock.

The House being this Day moved, "That Anthony Henley may enter into a Recognizance for James Zouch, upon his Appeal depending in this House, he being sick:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anthony Henley may enter into Recognizance for James Zouch, as desired.

Simpson versus Broome Whorwood.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Simpson, from Three Orders; the First, made the Tenth Day of November One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety; and the Second, the Sixth Day of December in the same Year; the Third, the Thirteenth of the same December, in the Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending between Thomas Broome-Whorwood Complainant, and the said William Simpson Defendant; and praying, "That the said Broome-Whorwood may answer thereunto:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas BroomeWhorwood may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Sixth Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Superstitious Trusts, for vesting in the Crown, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting of superstitious Trusts and Uses in the Crown."

ORDERED, To be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure.

The House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee have made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, for the House to be in a Committee again, to proceed thereon."

ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed thereupon, on Wednesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Adjourn.
