PRAYERS.

Zouch versus Swinnock.

Upon reading the Petition of James Zouch Esquire; praying, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing his Appeal depending in this House, to which Samuel Swinnock, Executor of Thomas English Esquire, is Respondent:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Thirteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Frequent Parliaments, Bill for.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the frequent Calling and Meeting of Parliaments."

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read a Second Time on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that all the Lords in and about the Town be summoned; and all the Judges then to attend.

Bridgeman, Dutchess of Graston's Trustee, versus Holt & al.:

The Answer of William Dolben, William Gregory, and Gyles Eyre, Knights, Judges of the King's Bench, to the Petition of the most Noble Dutchess of Graston and William Bridgeman Esquire, was read.

Judges of the King's Bench Answer to it.

Then it was moved, "That the House be put into a Committee, to consider of the Answer of the aforesaid Judges of the King's Bench, this Day, to the Dutchess of Grafton's Petition."

And, after Debate thereupon,

The Question was put, "Whether the House shall be now adjourned?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.
