E. Londonderry &. al. Executors of Sir H Ford versus Dormer, Guardian of H. Ford.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of the Right Honourable Rob't Earl of Londonderry, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Edward Hollwell of the Middle Temple, London, Esquire, Charles Ford of the City of Exon Gentleman, and John Egerton of Limston in the County of Devon Clerk, Executors of the last Will and Testament of Sir Henry Ford, late of Nutwell in the said County of Devon, Knight, deceased, from a Decree made in the High Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, between Henry Ford an Infant, by Annamara Dormer Widow, his Prochein Amy, Complainant, and the Petitioners Defendants, on the Fourteenth Day of May, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, and other Orders in the said Petition mentioned; as also upon the Answer of the said Henry Ford an Infant, by the said Anna Mara Dormer Widow his next Friend:

After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Robert Earl of Londonderry and others abovementioned shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the said Decree and Orders therein complained of, shall be, and are hereby, affirmed.

Frequent Parliaments, Bill for.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the frequent Calling and Meeting of Parliaments."

And, after some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill, without any Alteration, except filling up of the Blanks."

The Amendments, of filling the Blanks, were read Twice, and agreed to.

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be engrossed?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read the Third Time on Friday next; and all the Lords summoned then to attend.

Adjourn.
