Fox versus Harcourt, in Error.
After hearing Counsel, at the Bar, to argue the
Errors, upon a Writ of Error brought into this House,
the Tenth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-three, from Their Majesties Court of King's
Bench, wherein John Fox is Plaintiff, and Simon Harcourt
Defendant; whereupon Errors were assigned, and Issue
joined:

Upon due Consideration had of what was
offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the
said Judgement, given in Their Majesties Court
of King's Bench, on Behalf of Symon Harcourt,
shall be, and is hereby, affirmed; and that the
Record be remitted.
The Tenor of which Judgement, to be affixed to
the Record to be transmitted, is as followeth:

the Lords in and about the Town summoned then to
attend.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Lloyd
and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to repeal a Clause in the Statute made in the Four and
Thirtieth and Five and Thirtieth Years of King Henry
the Eighth, by which Justices of Peace in Wales are
limited to Eight in each County;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
And also to put this House in Mind of a Bill sent up
to this House, intituled, "An Act touching free and impartial Proceedings in Parliament."
