Vise. Say & Seale introduced.

This Day William Lord Viscount Say and Seale took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes in that Behalf.

Dut. Graston versus Judges of King's Bench:

The Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England (pursuant to the Order Yesterday) reported what was said by the Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Petition of the Dutchess of Grafton and William Bridgeman Esquire, as also upon the Answer of the Judges of Their Majesties Court of King's Bench put in thereunto.

And after Debate, and several Propositions made in order to the Manner of proceeding thereupon;

Counsel to open Precedents.

The Counsel for the Dutchess of Grafton and William Bridgeman, as also for the Judges of the King's Bench, were called in, to the Bar.

And the Lord Keeper (by Directions of the House) let them know, "That the Lords took Notice, that Mention was made by them Yesterday of some Precedents, which they did not open; and that the House now orders, that they attend on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, to open such of the Precedents as they think material to the Matter in Question between the Dutchess of Grafton and the Judges of the King's Bench."

And it is ORDERED, That no other Business shall intervene.
