Gloucester shall be, and is hereby, desired to preach before this House, in the Abbey Church at Westminster,
the Thirtieth Day of this Instant January.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, for the
Lord Mayor and Aldermen of the City of London,
against the Bill, (intituled, "An Act to empower William Gulston Esquire to break up the Streets and other
Public Ways in Southwarke and Parts adjacent, for
repairing and laying of Pipes for supplying of Water
from the River of Thames to the Inhabitants there");
as also Counsel for the Bill:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Committee to
whom the said Bill stands committed shall not be revived; and that the said Bill shall not be engrossed.
