Upon reading the Petition of Jane Mathew and
others, Respondents, to the Petition and Appeal of
Huttost Grove and others; praying, "That they may
have a Copy of certain Articles, made between Sir
John Crooke and Charles Crooke of the one Part, and
Richard Ashby of the other Part, which are now in
the Custody of the Appellant Grove:"
