PRAYERS.

Addison versus Haddock.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Addison and Henry Inman, Merchants, from a Decree made in Their Majesties Court of Exchequer, the Thirtieth Day of November, in the Third Year of Their now Majesties Reign, on a Bill there brought by Timothy Haddock Plaintiff, against the Appellants then Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Timothy Haddock may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Sixteenth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Sir S. Swale versus Winchcombe.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Solomon Swale Baronet (Son of Henry Swale deceased, and Grandson of Sir Solomon Swale), from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Three and Twentieth Day of February, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two; as also upon the Answer of Anne Winchcombe Widow put in thereunto:

After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Sir Solomon Swale shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Exhibits, whether directed to be used at a Trial at Law.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Clerks report what Precedents they have found, relating to the Case of the Earl of Montagu and the Earl of Bathe, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.

Adjourn.
