It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, wherein Richard Harnage and others are Appellants, and William Bellingham and others Respondents, on Monday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Jane Rogers Widow, the Relict and Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Bryan Rogers, late of Falmouth, Merchant, deceased, to sell Lands, for the Payment of the Debts and Legacies of the said Bryan Rogers, in Performance of the said Will."

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read the Second Time, after Twelve of the Clock.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Estate of William Stevens deceased, for Payment of the Mortgage thereupon, and applying the Overplus for the Benefit of his Sons who are Infants;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Anthony Dagley, Messenger to Sir Thomas Duppa Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, shall attend this House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Beverley's Bill.

The Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting in Trustees the Estate late of Sir James Beverley, in Huntingtonshire, to be sold, for discharging Incumbrances thereupon, and for Provision of the Widow and Children of James Beverley, Grandson of the said Sir James; and for Payment of the Surplus to Thomas Beverley, the Heir Male of the said Sir James;" as fit to pass, with several Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
