PRAYERS.

Parish of Leverington versus Swayne.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Edward Ward Knight, Their Majesties Attorney General, on Behalf of the Poor of Leverington, within the Isle of Ely, from a Decree pronounced in the Court of Chancery, the Ninth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, whereby (amongst other Things) it was directed, "That Robert Swayne, then Defendant, and now Respondent, should account for the Profits of the Houses and Lands in Question, only from the Time of the Information exhibited; and that thereout, and out of the growing Profits, the Relators Costs of that Suit should be answered and paid;" as also upon the Answer of Robert Swayne put in to the said Appeal:

After due Consideration of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Respondent Robert Swayne shall account for the Rents and Profits by him received and made of the Premises in Question, from the Time of his purchasing thereof; and that so much of the Decree abovementioned as relates to the Payment of the Relators Costs of Suit shall be, and is hereby, reversed; and that the said Costs shall be paid by the Respondent Robert Swayne, and be taxed by the Master in Chancery, to whom the Accompt by the said former Decree stands directed.

Warner versus North.

Whereas To-morrow is appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Lee Warner is Appellant, and William North, on the Behalf of the Widows of Bromley Colledge, Respondent:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Third Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Mutiny Bill, Committee revived.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Committee for the Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Act for punishing Officers and Soldiers, who shall mutiny, or desert Their Majesties Service, and for punishing false Musters, and for the Payment of Quarters for One Year longer," shall be revived; to sit on Thursday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon; and the Lords following to be added thereto; (videlicet,)

Vexatious Suits, to prevent, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for preventing frivolous and vexatious Suits."

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that all the Judges then in and about the Town, and Mr. Attorney General, do then attend this House.
