Bampfield versus Bampfield.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Dame Jane
Bampfeild, the Widow and Relict of Sir Copplestone Bampfeild deceased, from a Dismission of a Bill exhibited
in the Court of Chancery, by the said Dame Jane Bampfeild Plaintiff, and Sir Copplestone Warwick Bampfeild
Baronet, Grandson and Heir of the said Sir Copplestone,
an Infant, by his Guardian, Defendant, made on the
Ninth Day of July last; and praying the Reversal of
the said Dismission:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Copplestone
Warwick Bampfeild may have a Copy of the said Petition; and he is hereby required to put in his Answer
thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon.

The Record of the Court of King's Bench being this
Day brought into the House (pursuant to the Order
Yesterday), relating to the Person who claimed the Title
of Earl of Banbury; and a Debate arising thereupon:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Debate
shall be, and is hereby, adjourned until Wednesday the
Twelfth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon.
Officers of King's Bench to attend with Records again.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Records of the Court
of King's Bench, brought in this Day, shall be returned
to the proper Officers; and that they attend with them
again on Wednesday the Twelfth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
