PRAYERS.
Lord versus Lord.
Upon reading the humble Petition and Appeal of
Lawrence Lord Gentleman, from a Decree made by the
late Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal of England,
on the Eleventh Day of May, and the Ninth Day of
July, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, and other
subsequent Orders grounded thereupon, at the Suit of
Robert Lord (Administrator of William Lord his late Father, deceased); and praying that the said Decree and
Orders may be reversed:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Robert Lord
may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he
is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in
Writing, on Thursday the Third Day of January next,
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the
Petition of Sir Richard Verney Knight, Cousin and next
Heir to Sir Robert Willughby Knight Lord Broke; as also
Counsel for the Lord Brooke of Beauchamp Court; and
due Consideration of what was offered on either Side:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Their Majesties Attorney General shall be heard, in this Case, on Saturday
the Nine and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon: And
it is further ORDERED, That the Counsel and Heralds
who were this Day present do then attend.
