Fitzherbert versus Tattersall.

Upon reading the Petition of William Jones Esquire and Henry Fitzherbert, Respondents to the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Tattersall; praying a further Day may be appointed for hearing of the said Cause, the said Henry Fitzherbert being sick in the Country, as by Affidavit thereunto annexed appears:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Four and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bampfield versus Bampfield.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Dame Jane Bampfeild is Appellant, and Sir Copplestone Warwick Bampfeild, by his Guardian, Respondent:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Friday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant January; at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Weld versus Williams, concerning the Bill to compel him to produce the Person of Sir P. Pindar.

Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing Counsel, upon the Petition of George Weld Esquire, to make out the Allegations in a Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act to compel Edward Williams and William Williams Esquires to bring forth the Person of Sir Paul Pindar Baronet;" as also Counsel for the said Edward and William Williams:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Counsel shall be heard, in this Matter, on Monday the Fourteenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bp. London and Dr. Birch versus Regem, in Error.

After hearing Counsel to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein the Bishop of London and Dr. Birch are Plaintiffs, and Their Majesties Defendants:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper do report what was offered by Counsel thereupon, Tomorrow Morning, the First Business; and that One Counsel on either Side do then attend.

Verney's Claim to the Barony of Broke:

Lords Committees appointed by the House to draw up what shall be reported to His Majesty, upon His Majesty's Reference to this House, upon the Petition of Sir Richard Verney, claiming the Title of Lord Broke; and report to this House:
