PRAYERS.

Lord versus Lord:

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Lawrence Lord Gentleman, from a Decree made by the late Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal of England, the Eleventh Day of May and the Ninth Day of July, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, and other subsequent Orders grounded thereupon, at the Suit of Robert Lord, Administrator of William Lord his late Father, deceased; as also upon the Answer of the said Robert Lord put in thereunto:

Judgement affirmed.

After due Consideration had of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of the said Lawrence Lord shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree and subsequent Orders, from which he appealed, shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the said Lawrence Lord shall pay, or cause to be paid, unto the said Robert Lord, the Sum of Ten Pounds, for his Costs.

Trials in Lancashire, concerning the Plot.

The House this Day taking into Examination the Proceedings relating to the late Trials in Lancashire; and having heard the Counsel for the Prisoners, and the King's Counsel, upon Oath:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Persons summoned this Day, and Lee Banks Esquire, do attend this House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

State of the Fleet.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Business appointed for To-morrow, concerning the Fleet, shall be considered on Thursday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that all Persons formerly ordered do then attend.

Adjourn.
