The Lord Cornwallis reported from the Committee,
the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Kerridge Esquire, a Minor, to purchase divers Manors,
Lands, and Tenements, that lie adjacent to his
Estate in the County of Suffolke," as fit to pass, with
some Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the
Bill ordered to be engrossed.

Lords Leave to perform Offices at the Queen's Funeral.
Upon Report from the Committee appointed to
consider of the several Circumstances relating to the
Procession at Her Majesty's Funeral:
Resolved, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That this House gives Leave to
such of their Members as this House shall permit to
perform any Office in the Procession at Her Majesty's
Funeral, to go distinct from their Body; but that such
Offices shall be performed by them in their Robes;
and that the House of Peers will go immediately before the Queen's Body, except the Queen's State and
Her Lord Chamberlain.
Trials in Lancashire for the Plot.
Upon further Consideration this Day, and hearing
some Persons in Relation to the late Trials in Lancashire; and Debate thereupon;
The Question was put, "Whether this House
shall be adjourned till To-morrow?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.

Whereupon the following Order was made:
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of the late Trials in Lancashire shall be
