St. Martin's Vintry, Grant of the Rector of, Bill.

The Lord Bishop of London reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to confirm a Grant made by the Rector of the united Parishes of St. Michael Royall and St. Martin's in the Vintry, London, of Part of St. Martin's Church-yard," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Caryl's Bill.

The Lord Gray of Warke reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to vest in Trustees certain Lands in Kent and Sussex, of John Caryll Esquire, for the Payment of Debts, and raising of Portions for Younger Children, and to supply the Defects of a Conveyance intended for those Purposes," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Baden versus Reg. in Error,

Upon reading the Petition of David Allen Coachmaker; praying a Day may be appointed for hearing the Errors argued upon a Writ of Error, wherein Robert Baden is Plaintiff, and the King and Queen Defendants:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued thereupon, on Wednesday the Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Symonds versus Gibson, Judgement.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Richard Symonds, Administrator of the Goods and Chattels of Henry King, deceased, and of George King and Anne King, Infants of tender Years, and Children of the said Henry King, against a Decretal Order made in the Court of Chancery, the Twenty-ninth Day of January 1693, in a Cause wherein the now Appellants were Plaintiffs, against Richard Gibson Defendant; as also upon the Answer of Richard Gibson put in thereunto:

After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Richard Symonds and others shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decretal Order made in the Court of Chancery, from which they appealed, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
