Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees of William Gage to raise Money, by a Mortgage of Part of his Estate, for the Preservation of the Timber growing thereon."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto:

State of the Fleet.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall take into further Consideration the Condition of the Fleet.

Adjourn.
