Upon reading the Petition of Dame Margaret Standish,
Relict of Sir Richard Standish Baronet, deceased; shewing, "That she was obstructed in her Proceedings at
Law, by the Privilege of the Lord Willoughby of Parham, at the last Assizes at Lancaster; and humbly
praying, that forasmuch as the said Lord Willoughby
is no Ways concerned in this Cause but as a Trustee,
that his Lordship's Privilege may not obstruct the
Petitioner's and Abbot's Prosecution for their
Rights:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the
said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to the Lords
Committees for Privileges; who are to meet on Monday
the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant April, at Four
