This Day William Duke of Bedford took the Oaths,
and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to
the Statutes.

to enable Anthony Earl of Kent, and Henry Grey his
Son and Heir Apparent, to make a Jointure for Jemima
Wife of the said Henry Grey."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall
pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by
Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Richard Holford:

enable Richard Haynes Esquire to settle a Jointure on
his now Wife, and to exchange Lands with the Trustees of Thomas Stevens Esquire, deceased."
Silver Coinage, for regulating, Bill.
The Earl of Rochester reported from the Select Committee appointed to adapt the Bill, intituled, "An Act
for the regulating the Coinage of the Silver Money
of this Kingdom," to a Clause agreed on in the Committee of the whole House, "That the Select Committee has gone through the Bill, as ordered; and
adapted the whole Bill to the Clause agreed on in the
Committee of the whole House."
Whereupon it is ORDERED, That the Report from
the Select Committee be made presently, to the Committee of the whole House.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure; and
put into a Committee on the said Bill.
And the Report being made from the Select Committee, and the Amendments, Alterations, and Provisos,
made by them, being agreed to, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the
Committee of the whole House had gone through the
said Bill; and agreed to the several Amendments, Alterations, and Provisos, made by the Select Committee
therein; and that the Committee desire a Time may be
appointed, for the Report to be made to the House."
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Report shall
be made To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon.
Papers from the Admiralty to be considered.
Whereas this Day was appointed, to take into Consideration some Papers delivered from the Commissioners
of the Admiralty the 27th December last, pursuant to
Orders of the 14th of that Month:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Papers shall
be taken into Consideration on Saturday next, at Eleven
of the Clock in the Forenoon.
