"Manor of Pespoole, in the County of Durham, Part
of the Estate of Wm. Mitford an Instant, for Payment
of Debts and Incumbrances charged thereon, and for
preserving the rest of the said Instant's Estate," is
referred.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the
Errors argued thereupon, on Thursday the Twentieth
Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon.
