Barkham's Bill, and the Bill for naturalizing Solomon Eyme and others, shall be referred to the same Committee, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Trustees to sell the "Manor of Pespoole, in the County of Durham, Part of the Estate of Wm. Mitford an Instant, for Payment of Debts and Incumbrances charged thereon, and for preserving the rest of the said Instant's Estate," is referred.

Upon reading the Petition of William Oldys Doctor of Laws; praying, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Errors argued, upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, to which Charles Domville is Defendant:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued thereupon, on Thursday the Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
