Midford's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Trustees to sell the Manor of Pespoole, in the County of Durham, Part of the Estate of Wm. Midford an Insant, for Payment of Debts and Incumbrances charged thereon, and for preserving the rest of the said Insant's Estate," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Highways between London and Harwich, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highways between the City of London and the Town of Harwich in the County of Essex."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
